Nina + Doug :: Washington, DC

Typically, I just put a few of my favorites on the blog... you know, the portraits, a bit o' style here, beauty there, pretty colors... that kind of thing. I spent the major part of my day deliberating over these wedding images and what to post. (Truly, like hours... I don't know why, my mind goes crazy, I have to take walks, and call my mom, and well... it's just a photographer-thing.)
At the end, I was just like, I love these people, I love this whole wedding. Truly. These two are ridiculous, and the entire day was a blast. I couldn't skim this one down, even the ones that are slightly, er, atypical, like Daniel smooching the bald groomsman's head... totally unrequested.. it just happened.
So here is post 1 of 3...

I had a great time down in Tennessee last month with Sally and Todd. The fall colors, the light, and of course, the bride and groom(!) were just beautiful...

Cris and Sam were married at the Falls Church in Virginia. Two beautiful people, through and through, committing their lives to one another and the Lord -- it was an honor to capture the day for them.

A few from a beautiful wedding I shot in Charleston last month. Congratulations, MaryGene & Andrew!

It was a near impossible task to choose my favorites for the journal post.
